<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - December 22, 1986.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Matson, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Members absent: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of December 8, 1986, be approved.

<br />Kehr moved, Matons seconded, that Roseville
<br />Crossing, Inc. 's application for renewal of On-Sale
<br />and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 2295 North
<br />Rice Street be approved for 1987. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Beaneries of
<br />the Midwest, Inc., DBA Brickoven Beanery Restau-
<br />rant's application for On-Sale and Special Sunday
<br />Liquor Licenses at 2720 N. Snelling Avenue be
<br />approved for 1987. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that El Torito
<br />Restaurants, Inc. application for renewal of
<br />On-Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at
<br />1925 W. Perimeter Road be approved for 1987.

<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that El Torito
<br />Restaurants, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, appli-
<br />cation for On-Sale and Special Sunday Liquor
<br />Licenses at 1925 W. perimter Road be approved for
<br />1987, with the condition that the license will not
<br />be effective until the sale of the restaurant is
<br />closed. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Kehr moved that Carmen Dorso be permitted to continue CARMEN
<br />the storage of bumpers on his property at 2814 North DORSO
<br />Cleveland Avenue for three years with the condition
<br />that Mr. Dorso sign a waiver of Grandfather Rights.
<br />The motion died for lack of a second.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Carmen Dorso be
<br />permitted to continue the storage of bumpers on his
<br />property at 2814 North Cleveland Avenue until September
<br />1, 1988, with no fencing required and with the condi-
<br />tion that Mr. Dorso sign a waiver of Grandfather Rights
<br />by January 31, 1987. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and wiski. Nays: Kehr.
