<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the 1987
<br />Standing Rules of Procedure for the City Council
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the following
<br />institutions be designated as official depositories
<br />for City funds in 1987: Roseville State Bank, North
<br />Star State Bank, Mid-America National Bank, Midwest
<br />Federal Savings and Loan, Twin City Federal Savings
<br />and Loan, and First Minnesota Savings Bank. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Review be designated as the Official City Newspaper
<br />for the City of Roseville for 1987. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that patricia
<br />Ann Johnson be appointed to serve as Planning
<br />Commission Chair for Calendar Year 1987. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: Kehr.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Gerald A.
<br />Ericksen's request for minor variance and shore-
<br />line permit at 1201 Josephine Road be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr,
<br />and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that all bids opened
<br />November 14, 1986, for One New 1986 Model Fire Truck
<br />Truck triple combination pumper be rejected. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the Minnesota
<br />Operators of Music and Amusements request for a dart
<br />team tournament at Paul's Place on January 16-18,
<br />1987, with a fee of $150 for the amusement license
<br />be approved, with the condition that the applicant
<br />provide a list of the serial numbers of all dart
<br />machines so the City can be assured they are all
<br />removed after the event. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the request from
<br />the Roseville Human Rights Commission for an
<br />appropriation of $300.00 for the Martin Luther King
<br />Holiday musical group performance be approved and
<br />funds be authorized from the General Fund Contingency
<br />Account. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.
