<br />E-2 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the Fourth
<br />District American Legion application for permit
<br />to conduct an Ice Fishing Contest on Lake McCarrons
<br />on February 7, 1987, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-3 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the 1985-
<br />1986 Police Sergeant Labor Agreement Award be
<br />approved and authorizing the City Manager to
<br />sign the Agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Boyum Equipment
<br />be awarded the bid for a chassis mounted pavement
<br />patching machine in the amount of $47,825.00, and
<br />authorizing the staff to proceed with the purchase
<br />of this equipment using funds from the 1986 Equipment
<br />Revolving Fund. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-5 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the staff
<br />be authorized to place the consideration of
<br />reclassifying portions of Fairview Avenue, County
<br />Road D, and County Road B-2 on the February 9,
<br />1987 Agenda. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-6 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8078,
<br />approving construction plans and special provisions
<br />on Snelling Avenue and adjacent Frontage Road work
<br />from Trunk Highway 36 to Como Avenue identified as
<br />State Project 6215-58.63 etc. (51 - 125), City of
<br />Roseville Project No. 83-6 and 86-16, be adopted.
