<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />January 12, 1987 <br /> <br />E- 7 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that an agreement <br />between the Union Carbide Corporation and the City <br />of Roseville for right-of-way identified as Parcel <br />5 of Project 84-16 be approved, and authorizing the <br />Mayor and City Manager to sign said Agreement on <br />behalf of the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />E- 8 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the following <br />requests be referred to the February 4, 1987 <br />Planning Commission meeting, and establishing a <br />Council Public Hearing for the February 9, 1987 <br />City Council meeting: <br /> <br />1. LeRoy peicker request for division of lot <br />and variance at 845 Brenner Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Thomas St. Martin request for a preliminary <br />plat at 2030 North Dale Street. <br /> <br />3. Bruce Johnson request for division of platted <br />lot and shoreline permit at 411 South Owasso <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />4. Steve Saunders request for Special Use Permit <br />and variance at 2087 Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />5. Robert D. Linell request for division of lot at <br />1835 North Chatsworth. <br /> <br />6. Good Neighbor, Inc. request for Special Use at <br />1391 West County Road B. <br /> <br />7. Rosewood Corporation request for Special Use <br />Permit, vacation of right-of-way, preliminary <br />plat, and variance to the zoning ordinance at <br />2241 - 2391 Highway 36. <br /> <br />8.
