<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Members absent: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8090,
<br />ordering Improvement P-85-20 Band E and authorizing
<br />the preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8091,
<br />ordering Improvement ST-85-21 and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wisi. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8092,
<br />ordering Improvement P-86-21 and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />ordering Improvement P-86-27 and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8094,
<br />ordering Improvement P-ST-86-28 and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. The staff was
<br />advised to work with the City of Arden Hills, and
<br />that the project would not have the construction
<br />contracts approved until Arden Hills concurs in
<br />having the project done. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8095,
<br />ordering Improvement P-86-29 and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />ordering Improvement P-86-31 and authorizing the
