<br />Special Meeting, February 3, 1987

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8098,
<br />ordering Improvement P-86-33 and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8099,
<br />ordering Improvement P-SS-W-86-30 and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted with the following
<br />conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That Alternative Construction Plan #2 be used.
<br />2. That the pathway be constructed with concrete
<br />and be 8 feet wide.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8100, prohibiting parking on the east side of Western
<br />. Avenue from County Road C to South Owasso ,Boulevard
<br />in accordance with MSA Standards, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8101, ordering Improvement P-ST-86-40 and authori-
<br />rizing the preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the hearing
<br />on Improvement ST-P-86-22 be continued to the
<br />February 9, 1987 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />on Improvement ST-P-86-34 be continued to the
<br />February 9, 1987 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
