<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - February 9, 1987.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the follow-
<br />ing members present: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />Regular Meeting of January 26, 1987 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None. Abstain: Cushman, because she was absent.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />Special Meeting of February 3, 1987 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8102,
<br />ordering Improvement P-86-47 and the preparation
<br />of plans and specifications, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8103, ordering Improvement P-ST-86-22 and the
<br />preparation of plans and specifications, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson,
<br />and Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that parking be pro-
<br />hibited on the south side of Orchard Lane from Lake-
<br />view to Victoria, and the west side of Lakeview from
<br />WOQdhi11 to County Road C-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8104,
<br />ordering Improvement P-ST-86-34 and the preparation
<br />of plans and specifications, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8105,
<br />prohibiting parking on the north side of County
<br />Road C-2 from Oxford Street to Victoria Street, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Matson, and wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Good Neighbor
<br />Inc. 's request for Special Use Permit at 1391 West
<br />County Road B be continued to the March 9, 1987
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
