Roseville City Council Minutes February 9, 1987 E-1 E-2 E-3 E-4 E-5 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Thomas St. Mar- tin's request for preliminary plat at 2030 North Dale Street be approved with the condition that ten feet of right-of-way be dedicated on Dale Street, and scheduling the Public Hearing for the final plat for the March 9, 1987 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None. Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Robert D. Linell's request for division of lot at 1835 North Chatsworth be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None. Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Bruce Johnson's request for division of platted lot and shoreline permit at 411 South Owasso Boulevard be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the garage be removed within six month, 2. That ten feet of right-of-way be dedicated on South Owasso, 3. That a fifteen foot drainage easement be granted between the properties. Roll Call, Ayes: and Wiski. Nays: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, None. Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that LeRoy Peickert's request for division of lot and variance at 845 Brenner Avenue be approved with the following condition: 1. That the assessment be paid. Roll Call, Ayes: and Wiski. Nays: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, None. Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Long Cadillac's request for sign variance at 2325 North Prior Avenue be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the sign be set back 30 feet, 2.
