<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8126, supporting special legislation to amend
<br />Roseville's Port Authority Act, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson.

<br />Kehr moved, Cusman seconded, that Ordinance 1009,
<br />amending Sections 72.020 and 68.190 pertaining to
<br />permit and inspection fees for sewer and water
<br />connections, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the 1985 UBC
<br />fee schedule for building permits, except as set
<br />forth in Section 31.020, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the fee schedule
<br />for various permits as established in Section 31.120
<br />and set forth fee list dated March 4, 1987, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman,
<br />and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that agreements with
<br />Ramsey County for Opticom installation on recon-
<br />structed traffic signals on County Road Band
<br />Hamline Avenue, Victoria Street, and Dale street
<br />(Agreements 87001, 87002, and 87003), and authorizing
<br />the City Manager to sign on behalf of the City with
<br />funding being from the Permanent Improvement Fund,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman,
<br />and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8127,
<br />requesting Ramsey County to prohibit parking of
<br />motor vehicles on both sides of County Road C
<br />from Lexington Avenue to Dale Street, be adopted.

<br />Service bid in the amount of $7.42 per inch for
<br />removal of diseased trees in the City for Calendar
<br />Year 1987, designated as Project M-87-01, be

<br />and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items 10, 11, 13, and 14 be approved. Roll
