<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8128, approving the plans and specifications, and
<br />ordering advertisement for bids for 1987 Contract
<br />C, 1987 Contract G, 1987 Contract H, and 1987
<br />Contract I, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Earnest
<br />Money Contract and Easements 86-38-1, 85-4-1, and
<br />85-4-2 be received, and instructing the City
<br />Attorney to register them with the County Registrar
<br />of Deeds, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, to continue the
<br />request of Progressive Contractors Inc. to work
<br />from 5:30 a.m. to sunset for Snelling Avenue
<br />improvement until the April 13, 1987, regular
<br />Council meeting, to permit time for the contractor
<br />to meet with the residents. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, to vary the noise
<br />ordinance, Section 207.020 (D), to permit Progres-
<br />sive Contractors, Inc. to work three 24 hour
<br />periods for the purpose of extending utility pipes
<br />across Snelling Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that an On Sale
<br />Malt Beverage License for Skipper's, Inc. at
<br />1885 W. Perimeter Road, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the licenses
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson,
