<br />ment for the Rosewood Corporate Center is not required,

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that James H. Casey's
<br />request for final plat at 1965 North Victoria be
<br />continued until the May 11, 1987 Council meeting.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Rosewood Corpora-
<br />tion's request for final plat at 2241-2391 Highway 36
<br />be continued until the May 11, 1987 Council meeting.

<br />request for rezoning, Special Use Permit, and
<br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment at 2172 Lexington
<br />Avenue be continued to the May 11, 1987 Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman,
<br />and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Kayo Oil Company's
<br />request for rezoning and Special Use Permit at 1583
<br />County Road C-W be continued to the May 11, 1987
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson,
<br />Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Business Zoning Districts B-5, B-6, and B-7, be
<br />continued to the May 11, 1987 Council meeting.
