Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-16 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that acquisition <br />of right-of-way for Lincoln Drive Project 86-50, <br />in the total amount of $519,544, be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-17 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8133, <br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested <br />division of properties by Ramsey County, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-18 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, to refer the Langton <br />Lake Park Plan to the next Council Work Session <br />on April 21, 1987, and schedule for discussion at <br />7:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, <br />and Johnson.
