<br />- 9 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the construction
<br />of a six foot non-motorized pathway along the east
<br />side of Snelling Avenue between Roselawn Avenue and
<br />County Road B, be approved, and authorizing the City
<br />staff to negotiate cost participation between the
<br />City of Roseville and the Minnesota Department of
<br />Transportation for said work. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items 10 through 17, and 19 through 21, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman,

<br />accepting the bid of Central Landscaping, Inc. in
<br />the amount of $465,441.55 for 1987 Contract D, be
<br />adopted. This contract includes Projects P-86-20,
<br />P-86-23, P-ST-86-40, P-86-41, and W-87-04. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson.

<br />accepting the bid of Total Asphalt Construction Co.
<br />in the amount of $299,346.02 for 1987 Contract E
<br />be adopted. This contract includes Projects P-ST-
<br />86-28, P-86-29, P-86-31, P-86-32, P-86-33, and P-
<br />86-46. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />accepting the bid of Shafer Construction in the amount
<br />of $596,403.40 for 1987 Contract A, be adopted. This
<br />contract includes Projects P-85-20B, P-85-20E, ST-85-
<br />21, SS-W-P-86-42, P-86-43, and SS-86-10. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />accepting the bid of Shafer Construction in the
<br />amount of $627,812.40 for 1987 Contract F, be
<br />adopted. This contract includes Projects P-ST-
<br />86-24, SW-86-25, P-86-26, P-ST-86-35, P-86-36,
<br />P-86-37, P-86-38, P-86-39, and P-86-47. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Ramsey County
<br />plans for overlaying County Road C from Lexington
<br />Avenue to Dale Street and a small portion of Victoria
<br />near County Road C, and authorizing the City Engineer
<br />to sign the plans on behalf of the City of Roseville,
<br />be approved. Said plans carrying State Identification
<br />Number 626-2331 and 626-5206. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.
