Roseville City Council Minutes May 11, 1987 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1011, rezoning property at 1124 Dionne Street from B-1 to B-1b, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that First Minnesota Savings Bank request for Special Use Permit at 1124 Dionne Street be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the development occur per plans dated March 3, 1987. 2. That the Bank meet with staff and neighbors to work out final landscaping. 3. That staff approve all final engineering plans. 4. That the lighting of the rear sign be turned off. Roll Call, Ayes: and Wiski. Nays: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, None. B-7 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Super America's request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Residential to Business at 2172 Lexington Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Super America's request for rezoning from R-1 to B-2 at 2172 Lexing- ton Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 1012, rezoning property at 2172 Lexington from R-l to B-2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, John- son, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Super America's request for Special use Permit be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the expansion occur per plans dated February 4, 1987. 2. That the fencing be revised pursuant to agreement with neighbors. 3. That the setback from the east property line be 35 feet. 4. That the trash container be constructed of masonry to match the rest of the building. 5. That staff approve final site plans.
