<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />May 11, 1987 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1011, <br />rezoning property at 1124 Dionne Street from B-1 to <br />B-1b, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, <br />Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that First Minnesota <br />Savings Bank request for Special Use Permit at 1124 <br />Dionne Street be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the development occur per plans dated March <br />3, 1987. <br /> <br />2. That the Bank meet with staff and neighbors to <br />work out final landscaping. <br /> <br />3. That staff approve all final engineering plans. <br /> <br />4. That the lighting of the rear sign be turned off. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Wiski. Nays: <br /> <br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, <br />None. <br /> <br />B-7 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Super America's <br />request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment from <br />Residential to Business at 2172 Lexington Avenue, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, <br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Super America's <br />request for rezoning from R-1 to B-2 at 2172 Lexing- <br />ton Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, <br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 1012, <br />rezoning property at 2172 Lexington from R-l to B-2, <br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, John- <br />son, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Super America's <br />request for Special use Permit be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the expansion occur per plans dated February <br />4, 1987. <br /> <br />2. That the fencing be revised pursuant to agreement <br />with neighbors. <br /> <br />3. That the setback from the east property line be <br />35 feet. <br /> <br />4. That the trash container be constructed of <br />masonry to match the rest of the building. <br /> <br />5.
