<br />6. That ten feet of right-of-way be dedicated on
<br />County Road B.

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that ZLZ Company's
<br />request for Special Use Permit at 1909 West Highway
<br />36, be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the trash container in the rear be enclosed.
<br />
<br />2. That the parking lot and building be repaired.
<br />
<br />3. That final engineering plans be approved by staff.
<br />
<br />4. That the development proceed per plans dated
<br />September 6, 1983.
<br />

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1013,
<br />amending the City Code of the City of Roseville by
<br />establishing a new Zoning District B-6 (Office Park),
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a joint work
<br />session of the Council and School District 623 Board,
<br />to discuss items of common interest, be scheduled at
<br />5:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 2, 1987, at Roseville City
<br />Hall. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that James DeBenedet
<br />is eligible for an additional term on the Planning
<br />Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that the regular
<br />Work Session scheduled for Monday, May 18, start
<br />at 5:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Anne F. Olson's
<br />request for minor variance at 320 W. Brooks Avenue
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Gregory
<br />Schroeder's request for minor variance at 2646
