<br />9. Amendment to Zoning Code by adding parking for
<br />commercial development as a special use in the
<br />R-l Zoning District.

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Nielsen's request
<br />for Comprehensive Plan modification, rezoning,
<br />Special Use Permit, and variances at 2196, 2204, 2208,
<br />2218, 2234, 2236, 2240, 2270, and 2280 Hamline Avenue,
<br />be referred to the June 3, 1987 Planning Commission
<br />meeting, and establishing a Council Public Hearing
<br />for the June 8, 1987 City Council meeting. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-14 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that authorization to
<br />enter into a Condemnation Agreement regarding title
<br />gaps with Woodbridge, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnsn, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-15 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that authorization to
<br />enter into a modified agreement with Woodbridge be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, John-
<br />son, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-16 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to request Ramsey County to provide
<br />Environmental Health Services for the City of Rose-
<br />ville effective January 1, 1988. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the proposal to
<br />retain Walt Jopke to provide educational sessions
<br />for restaurant employees for Calendar Year 1988,
<br />at a cost not to exceed $1,500, be tabled indef-
<br />initely. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the bid for
<br />once a month curbside recycling service to 9,200
<br />single family homes for one year, beginning approx-
<br />imately July 1, 1987, be awarded to Super Cycle, Inc.,
<br />in the amount of $35,328. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to sign an Agreement with
<br />Ramsey County for a recylcing grant. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.
