<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items E-18 through E-21, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-18 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8142, RESOLUTION
<br />accepting the bid of Total Asphalt Construction in 8142
<br />the amount of $549,682.29 for 1987 Contract B, be
<br />adopted. This contract includes City Project P-ST-
<br />86-30. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-19 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the joint powers JOINT POWERS
<br />agreement between the City of Arden Hills and the AGREEMENT
<br />City of Roseville in conjunction with Roseville City
<br />Project P-ST-86-28 and Arden Hills Project P-ST-87-01,
<br />be approved, and instructing the Mayor and the City
<br />Manager to sign on behalf of the City. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-20 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that St. Rose of Lima GAMBLING
<br />Church request to conduct a raffle on June 7, 1987, LICENSE
<br />without obtaining a State Gambling License, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, John-
<br />son, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-21 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the following BILLS
<br />checks and total amounts be approved:
