<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that David Olson's
<br />request for Planned Unit Development (special use)
<br />and division of lot at 1975 North Victoria, be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the association documents relating to the
<br />maintenance and ownership of the common property
<br />be approved by staff.
<br />
<br />2. That provision of appropriate easements for
<br />utility services and all engineering details be
<br />approved by staff.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />B-10 Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the rezoning of
<br />2121 to 2241 Highway 36; 2369, 2391, 2417, 2455, and
<br />2481 Cleveland Avenue; 2480, 2550, 2570, 2580, and
<br />2582 Long Lake Road to B-6, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Ordinance 1015,
<br />rezoning properties at 2121 to 2241 Highway 36;
<br />2369, 2391, 2417, 2455, and 2481 Cleveland Avenue;
<br />2480, 2550, 2570, 2580, and 2582 Long Lake Road to
<br />B-6, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8144,
<br />amending Resolutions 8042 and 8110 by removing the
<br />Moratorium on development of property on the west
<br />side of 35W, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />B-11 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the proposed
<br />amendment to the zoning code to allow parking for
<br />commercial development as a special use in an adja-
<br />cent residential zone be continued to the July 13,
<br />1987, Council meeting, and referring the amendment
<br />to the June 15, 1987, Work Session. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />C-1 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that James DeBenedet
<br />be reappointed to the Planning Commission for a four
<br />year term, ending March 31, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.
