That the building be constructed of brick on <br />all four sides that is consistent with adjacent <br />development, and reviewed by staff. <br /> <br />6. That a drive access be provided, if necessary, <br />for access to contiguous properties to the <br />north. <br /> <br />7. That the development be constructed per plans <br />submitted April 30, 1987. <br /> <br />8. That the parapet height be increased to cover <br />the mechanical systems on the roof. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Kayo Oil <br />Company's request for Special Use Permit and variance <br />at 1583 County Road C be continued to the June 22, <br />1987, Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, <br />Johnson, and wiski. Nays: Matson and Kehr. <br /> <br />B-7 <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Breckenridge <br />Development Company's request for Special Use <br />Permit at 2775 Long Lake Road be approved with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the sidewalk be constructed along the <br />frontage of Long Lake Road. <br /> <br />2. That engineering and landscape plans be <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />3. That the building materials be adjusted as may <br />be mutually agreed upon by staff, but with a <br />minimum of tip up panels with exposed aggregate. <br /> <br />4. That the rear area not be used for any permitted <br />storage, unless paved and curbed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Wiski. Nays: <br /> <br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, <br />None. <br /> <br />B-8 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that con/Spec Corpora- <br />tion's request for variance at 2310 County Road D <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That staff approve drainage, utilities, grading, <br />and landscape plans. <br /> <br />2. That the trash receptacle be enclosed. <br /> <br />3.
