That the building be constructed of brick on all four sides that is consistent with adjacent development, and reviewed by staff. 6. That a drive access be provided, if necessary, for access to contiguous properties to the north. 7. That the development be constructed per plans submitted April 30, 1987. 8. That the parapet height be increased to cover the mechanical systems on the roof. Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Kayo Oil Company's request for Special Use Permit and variance at 1583 County Road C be continued to the June 22, 1987, Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, and wiski. Nays: Matson and Kehr. B-7 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Breckenridge Development Company's request for Special Use Permit at 2775 Long Lake Road be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the sidewalk be constructed along the frontage of Long Lake Road. 2. That engineering and landscape plans be approved by staff. 3. That the building materials be adjusted as may be mutually agreed upon by staff, but with a minimum of tip up panels with exposed aggregate. 4. That the rear area not be used for any permitted storage, unless paved and curbed. Roll Call, Ayes: and Wiski. Nays: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, None. B-8 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that con/Spec Corpora- tion's request for variance at 2310 County Road D be approved with the following conditions: 1. That staff approve drainage, utilities, grading, and landscape plans. 2. That the trash receptacle be enclosed. 3.
