<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Har Mar's request
<br />for variances at 2100 North Snelling Avenue be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Bonestroo/Rosene
<br />(BRA Partners, Inc.) request for Special Use Permit
<br />and rezoning at 2335 - 2369 Fulham be approved with
<br />the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That staff approve final drainage and engineering
<br />plans.
<br />
<br />2. That staff approve landscape plans, including
<br />trash screening in a similar building material.
<br />
<br />3. That applicant place appropriate sidewalk funds
<br />in escrow.
<br />

<br />rezoning property at 2335 - 2369 Fulham from R-1 to

<br />request for vacation of portions of public streets
<br />and easements and preliminary plat, east side of
<br />35W between County Roads C and D be approved with
<br />the fOllowing condition:

<br />1. That the vacations be subject to staff approval
<br />of documentation and timing.

<br />and the owner agrees to maintain the pond.
