<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Rosewood Corpora-
<br />tion's request for final plat at 2241-2391 Highway 36
<br />be continued to the August 10, 1987 City Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Fifth Floor,
<br />Inc., dba Donaldson's Minnesota Room, application for
<br />On Sale Wine and On Sale Malt Beverage Licenses at
<br />Rosedale Shopping Center be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that proposed amend-
<br />ment to the zoning code to allow parking for com-
<br />mercial development as a special use in an adjacent
<br />residential zone be continued to the August 10, 1987
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8156, establishing City Tax Increment District No.9
<br />and approving the Tax Increment Financing Plan
<br />relating thereto, and approving the modification of
<br />the Development Program relating to Development
<br />District No.1, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: Kehr.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Allan and JoAnn
<br />Mattson's request for division of lot at 2339 Rose-
<br />lawn Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that John C. Ericson's
<br />request for sign variance at 1233 W. Larpenteur be
<br />approved with the fOllowing conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the sign be 21.6 feet high, with a clearance
<br />of 14 feet in the sign area of 85.75 square feet.
<br />
<br />2. That the nonconforming sign on the roof shall be
<br />removed.
<br />
<br />3. That the concrete curbing be placed encompassing
<br />the island within which the sign is placed.
<br />
<br />4. That additional landscaping be added upon comple-
<br />tion of the curbing work, subject to staff
<br />approval.
