<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the bid for
<br />paging system and installation for City Hall be
<br />awarded to Cady Communications in the low bid
<br />amount of $1,588. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Matson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that acceptance of the
<br />cash payment versus the actual land dedication as it
<br />relates to the proposed Lexington School site be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson,

<br />Manager be authorized to sign an agreement with
<br />District 623 for lease of space at parkview School.

<br />Manager be authorized to prepare a report with
<br />recommendations regarding potential community center
<br />sites, schematic proposals for the facility, estimated
<br />costs for the facility, and suggested funding sources.

<br />tion of the County Road C Contract with Dahlgren,
<br />Shardlow & Uban until October 20, 1987, be approved.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that a letter be sent
<br />to Howard Dahlgren stressing the importance of com-
<br />pleting the County Road C study as soon as possible,
<br />and that Dahlgren meet with the Planning Commission
<br />and City Council to review the status of the study on
<br />August 31, 1987, with a second meeting to be scheduled
<br />in September, 1987. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.
