<br />5. That pathways be constructed to the restaurant
<br />area and along the service road as approved by
<br />staff, or funds placed in escrow in lieu of
<br />pathway construction.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Ordinance 1018,
<br />rezoning property from B-1 to B-1B at 2665 and 2710
<br />Snelling Frontage Road, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that TGI Thursday's,
<br />dba TGI Friday's, Application for Endorsement to On
<br />Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to permit outside
<br />sales at 2480 Fairview Avenue, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that an amendment to
<br />the zoning code to allow parking for commercial
<br />development as a special use in an adjacent residen-
<br />tial zone, be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Alvin Fredrick's
<br />request for minor variance at 918 W. County Road C-2
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Cush-
<br />man, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Gretchen Ternes'
<br />request for sign variance (ground level sign) at 2328
<br />Terminal Road be approved with the following condi-
<br />tions:
<br />
<br />1. That the sign be constructed per submitted plans.
<br />
<br />2. That the sign length may be a maximum of 128".
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Burger King Corpo-
<br />ration's request for variances at 2151 North Snelling
<br />be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the required easements be approved by
<br />Council prior to the issuance of building permits.
<br />
<br />2. That a written agreement with Rocky Rococo's be
<br />completed regarding the 30' private drive.
<br />
<br />3. That the development be constructed per plans
<br />dated June 3, 1987.
