<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that an agreement with
<br />MN/DOT for utility restoration payment, identified
<br />as Agreement No. 64224 on State Project 6214-64 (T.H.
<br />49), be approved, and authorizing the City Manager to
<br />sign this agreement on behalf of the City of Roseville.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that change Orders
<br />No. 4 and 5, for the construction of a concrete path-
<br />way from Roselawn Avenue to Skillman Avenue at a cost
<br />of $14,357.85, City Project M-87-09, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and Wiski.

<br />$33,700.

<br />2. SW-85-18G, Non-motorized pathway along West
<br />Cleveland Frontage Road from East Cleveland
<br />Frontage Road to north of the bridge--$4,600.
<br />
<br />3. P-ST-85-20C, East Cleveland Frontage Road from
<br />the B-2 bridge to West Perimeter Drive--$35,500.

<br />4. SW-85-20F, Non-motorized pathway on the East
<br />Cleveland Frontage Road from B-2 bridge to West
<br />Perimeter Drive--$4,800.
<br />
<br />5. P-ST-87-12, Chatsworth Street from Larpenteur
<br />to Roselawn--$25,300.
<br />
<br />6. ST-87-14, Charlie Pond outlet structure--$3,500
<br />for feasibility report with cost of any addi-
<br />tional services to be on a time and material
<br />basis once the scope of work is better defined.

<br />7. ST-87-15, McCarrons area ditch rehabilitation--
<br />$5,000 for feasibility report with cost of any
