<br />3 in the amount of $7,098 for City Project 86-50,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,

<br />for 1987 Contract A, City Project 85-20E, in the

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Change Order No. 2
<br />for 1987 Contract A, to repair an existing sanitary
<br />sewer service in the amount of $2,115, City Project

<br />Commission meeting, and establishing a Council Public
<br />Hearing for the September 14, 1987 City Council

<br />parking in adjacent, yet different business zones
<br />as a special use.

<br />2. Donald Roberts request for sign variance at 2465
<br />North Fairview Avenue.

<br />3. Peerco Realty request for variance at 2600/2580
<br />N. Cleveland Avenue.
<br />

<br />gambling license for the Humane Society of Ramsey
<br />County at 2965 North Snelling Avenue be continued to
<br />the August 24, 1987 regular City Council meeting.
