<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - October 12, 1987.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members pr-esent: Cashman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Members absent: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cllshman seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of September 28/ 1987 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cu.shman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and \viski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Roseville
<br />Spirits, Inc., dba MGM Liquor Warehouse, Application
<br />for Off Sale Liquor License at 1615 West County
<br />Road C, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cus~nan, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />request for a Special Use Permit at 2300 Cleveland
<br />Avenue North be approved with the following condi-
<br />tions:

<br />1. That the trash container be enclosed in masonry
<br />matching the building.
<br />
<br />2. That the staff approve engineer'ing and landscape
<br />plans.
<br />
<br />3. That the appropriate sidewalk hmds be escrowed.
<br />
<br />4. That the development be constructed per plans
<br />and artist ~ s rendering (which also shows br-ick on
<br />all four sides of exterior) dated 5/07/87.

<br />5. That the applicant share its hotel market
<br />resea:cch with toIle City as it relates to -this site
<br />and area.
