<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Centre pointe's
<br />request for final plat on the east side of 35W between
<br />County Roads C and D be continued to the November 9,
<br />1987 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that special meetings
<br />of the City Council be established for 5:00 p.m. on
<br />October 21 and November 4, 1987/ to canvass the
<br />returns of the 1987 Primary and General Elections.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and
<br />wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Villa Park's
<br />(Housing Alliance) request for variance at 500 West
<br />County Road B be approved with the following condi-
<br />tions:

<br />1. That the required sidewalk easement be granted
<br />t.o the C1 t.y 0
<br />
<br />2. That the tree adjacent to the sign be removed.
<br />

<br />for variance at 1739 N. Lexington be approved with
<br />the condition that a 16.5 foot easement be granted to

<br />request far minor variance at 1154 Eldridge be HAMILTON

<br />request for minor variance at 1432 Talisman Curve,
<br />permitting a 6.5 foot fence be approved, dnd that a
<br />7.0 foot fence be approved subject to approval of
<br />affected property owners. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that James R. Flesher's
<br />request for minor variance at 1446 Talisman Curve,
<br />permitting a fence 6 feet, 4 inches in height, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and wiski. Nays: None.
