<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of December 21, 1987 be approved. Roll

<br />Abstain: Kehr, because he was absent from the meeting; Rog
<br />because he was not in office at that time.

<br />as the City of Roseville officlal newspaper for 1988. NEWSPAPER
<br />Motion died for lack of a second.
