RESOLUTION 8239 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8240, designating official signatures for City bank accounts for 1988, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cush- man, Kehr, Johnson, and Rag. Nays: None. RESOLUTION 8240 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the following Volunteer Commission members are eligible for reap- pointment, and requesting the Parks and Recreation Commission Chairperson to provide 'Nritten comments regarding members with low attendance concerning their attendance and interest in serving. This was based on the discussion that there may be other citizens interested in serving on advisory comnissions. E-2 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Norm Vinnes' NORM VINNES request for division of platted lot at 2811 North Oxford Street be approved with the condition that any necessary easements be granted to the City if staff determines that they do not currently exist. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rag. Nays: None. E-3 Cushman moved, r'Iatson seconded, that John S. Seltz ,JOHN S. SELTZ ~equest for division of lot at 210 and 220 Woodland Avenue be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the driveway to the southerly most lot shall be a l'ninimum of twelve feet and maximum of fifteen feet in width as determined by the Fire Marshal, and the need for a turnaround at the end of the dl"iveway shall also be determined by the Fire Mar shal. ~. That a separate sewer and water line be extended separately to each lot.
