<br />J. That the divisions approved shall apply to two
<br />single family dwellings only.

<br />4. That the appropriate ponding easement be granted
<br />to the City.

<br />S. That the city accept dedication of the park land
<br />(approximately the westerly 295 feet of Lot ~4,
<br />except for the north 250 feet) sUbject to staff
<br />approval.

<br />6. That the appropriate land be dedicated to the City
<br />for cul-de-sac purposes to the north.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 1025,
<br />amending Section 239.020 of the City Code by pro-
<br />viding for the Municipal Primary Election to be held
<br />six vveeks prior to the Municipal Geileral Election, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, "Ayes: Na tson, Cushman, Kehr,
<br />and Rag. Nays: Johnson.

<br />Kehr moved, Iv1a tson seconded, tha t the ci ty of Rose-
<br />ville provide a maximum of $7,000.00 to the Roseville
<br />Historical Society for the publication of a Roseville
<br />History Book to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of
<br />the City of Roseville. The Society shall reitnlml'se
<br />the Ci ty 'dhatever amounts are obtained from fund
<br />raising and sale of books. The expenditure shall be
<br />funded from the Contingency Account. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that an amendment in
<br />the Engineering Services Agreement between the City
<br />of Roseville and the firm of Short, Elliott, and
<br />Hendrickson dated August 10, 1987, be approved. The
<br />amendment idill allmv for an increase in cost of
<br />$13,570.0 G . Roll Call, Ayes: [v1atson, Cushman, Kehr,

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Minnesota
<br />Operators of Music and ~nusements request for a dart
<br />team tournament at Paul's Place, 2965 Snelling Avenue
<br />North, on January 22, 23, and 24, 1988, with a fee of
<br />$150.00 for the amusement devices, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rag.
<br />Nays: None.
