<br />Natson moved, Cushman seconded, that the following
<br />items be referred to the April 6, 1988 Planning Com-
<br />mission meeting, and establishing the Council public
<br />hearing for April 11, 1988:
<br />
<br />1. Roseville Properties request for a Special Use
<br />pennit for a dance studio at 1995 West County
<br />Road B-2.
<br />
<br />2. Budget Rent-a-Car request for a Special Use
<br />Permit for a temporary vehicle rental and
<br />storage facility at 2500 West County Road C.
<br />
<br />3. Roseville Properties request for a Special Use
<br />Permit fO.t" a chemical storage and distribution
<br />facility at 2539 Patton Road.
<br />
<br />4. Arthur Shuster/Richard Webb request for rezoning
<br />from R-l to R-JA, Special Use Permit for alterna-
<br />tive housing for the elderly, and a variance to
<br />the parking lot setback requirements.
<br />
<br />~. Gerald Kaufhold request for a preliminary plat
<br />creating eleven lots on the former Lexington
<br />School site at 130 W. County Road B.
<br />
<br />6. Fine Associates/Investors Savings Bank request
<br />for a Special Use Permit, P.U.D. Plan Amendment,
<br />and division of a platted lot at Snelling Avenue
<br />and County Road C for the construction of a two
<br />story bank building at 2690 Snelling Avenue North.
<br />
<br />7. Solar Wash request for a sign setback variance of
<br />15 feet at 1315 Larpenteur.

<br />[vIa tson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1032,
<br />arnending Sections 82.080, Subsection 1 and 12.055 of
<br />the City Code by increasing the maximum permissible
<br />driveway widths, declaring driveway width variances to
<br />be minor variances, and providing determining factors,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, .Johnson,
<br />Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1033,
<br />amending Section 252.170 of the City Code, adding one-
<br />half day on Christmas Eve Day as a holiday, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8275,
<br />approving the plans and specifications, and ordering
<br />the advertisement for bids for 1988 Contract F, be
