<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that staff be
<br />instructed to negotiate a change order in accordance
<br />with the feasibility study so the contractor perform-
<br />ing the Lake McCarrons' ditch project can also per-
<br />form this retaining wall work. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />approving Agreement No. 64516 between MNjDOT, Ramsey
<br />County, and the city of Roseville for traffic signal
<br />costs at County Road B-2 and Snelling Avenue, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />declaring the adequacy of a petition for Project 00-
<br />88-08, and ordering the preparation of a feasibility
