<br />Regular meeting of the city Council - April 11, 1988. 7:30 P.M.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of March 28, 1988 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the order of business CHANGE OF
<br />be changed to move Item D-1 to the beginning of the agenda. ORDER
<br />Roll call, Ayes,: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Thor Bank, chairman Roseville citizen's Solid Waste
<br />Advisory Committee, gave a brief presentation on the
<br />Solid Waste Seminar to be held Friday, April 22, 1988,
<br />8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., at Fairview Community Center.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Roseville Proper-
<br />ties request for a special Use Permit for a dance
<br />studio at 1995 West County Road B-2 be approved with
<br />the following condition:
<br />
<br />That a second legal exit be constructed from
<br />the dance studio within thirty (30) days of
<br />Council approval.
<br />

<br />properties/Midland Scientific of Minnesota, Inc.
<br />request for a Special Use Permit for a chemical stor-
<br />age and distribution use at 2539 Patton Road be
<br />approved with the following condition:

<br />That all the appropriate applicable regula-
<br />tions and the life safety code and building
<br />codes are complied with.

<br />B-3 Matson moved, Johnson seconded that Budget Rent-A- BUDGET-RENT-
<br />Car's request for a Special Use Permit for temporary A-CAR
<br />automobile/truck rental facility at 2500 West County
<br />Road B be continued to the July 11, 1988 city Council
<br />meeting, so the applicant can work out the details for
<br />a permanent facility which would be located at 2211
<br />West County Road C-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.
