Plan Amendment, and lot division be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />Fine Assoc./ <br />Investors <br />SAVINGS BANK <br /> <br />1. That the final signage plan (for the Investors <br />Savings Bank building) be worked out with staff. <br /> <br />2. That the third stage of redevelopment be completed <br />as a plat. <br /> <br />3. That the development proceeds per plans sub- <br />mitted to the Planning Commission on April 6, <br />1988. <br /> <br />4. That drainage, landscaping, and engineering <br />details be subject to final staff approval. <br /> <br />5. That the general P.U.D. sign be placed on the <br />easterly side of the northerly entrance from <br />the Frontage Road, and be set back twenty (20) <br />feet from the right-of-way. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, <br />None. <br /> <br />B-5 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Arthur Schuster/ ARTHUR SCHUSTER <br />Richard Webb's request for rezoning from R-1 to R-3A, RICHARD WEBB <br />Special Use Permit for an alternative residential <br />facility for the elderly, and variances to parking set- <br />back, parking numbers, and density and shoreline <br />permits be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the staff approve the engineering details <br />and landscape plans. <br /> <br />2. That the development be constructed in accordance <br />with the drawings as submitted and dated February <br />29, 1988. <br /> <br />3. That a ten (10) foot right-of-way dedication be <br />provided for victoria Street. <br /> <br />4. That a six (6) foot concrete sidewalk be <br />constructed. <br /> <br />5. That a letter be provided by the applicant (Art <br />Schuster) indicating he intends to construct the <br />Elder Homestead facility as proposed, and if he <br />does not, he would not object or oppose a rezoning <br />of the property back to R-1. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and <br />Rog.
