Plan Amendment, and lot division be approved with the following conditions: Fine Assoc./ Investors SAVINGS BANK 1. That the final signage plan (for the Investors Savings Bank building) be worked out with staff. 2. That the third stage of redevelopment be completed as a plat. 3. That the development proceeds per plans sub- mitted to the Planning Commission on April 6, 1988. 4. That drainage, landscaping, and engineering details be subject to final staff approval. 5. That the general P.U.D. sign be placed on the easterly side of the northerly entrance from the Frontage Road, and be set back twenty (20) feet from the right-of-way. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. B-5 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Arthur Schuster/ ARTHUR SCHUSTER Richard Webb's request for rezoning from R-1 to R-3A, RICHARD WEBB Special Use Permit for an alternative residential facility for the elderly, and variances to parking set- back, parking numbers, and density and shoreline permits be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the staff approve the engineering details and landscape plans. 2. That the development be constructed in accordance with the drawings as submitted and dated February 29, 1988. 3. That a ten (10) foot right-of-way dedication be provided for victoria Street. 4. That a six (6) foot concrete sidewalk be constructed. 5. That a letter be provided by the applicant (Art Schuster) indicating he intends to construct the Elder Homestead facility as proposed, and if he does not, he would not object or oppose a rezoning of the property back to R-1. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.
