<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - May 9, 1988. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />The Mayor proclaimed May 15 through May 25, 1988, "National PROCLAMATION <br />Public Works Week." <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES <br />regular meeting of April 25, 1988, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Marie and Albert <br />Bies' request for a Special Use Permit for a mortuary <br />parking lot in an R-2 zoning district at 2118 North <br />Dale Street be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />MARIE AND <br />ALBERT BIES <br /> <br />1. That there be a dedication of ten feet of right- <br />of-way for Dale Street. <br /> <br />2. That the sale of the easterly 10,000 square feet <br />to the city be at a rate similar to that paid to <br />other owners in the area. <br /> <br />3. That there be construction of a concrete curb on <br />the periphery of the parking area. <br /> <br />4. That staff approve final engineering plans. <br /> <br />5. That staff approve final landscape plans. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and <br />Rag. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Ordinance 1035, ORDINANCE <br />rezoning property at 1955 West County Road B from I-I 1035 <br />to B-4, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, <br />Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Roseville Properties ROSEVILLE <br />request for approval of a Special Use Permit for site PROPERTIES <br />plan approval at 1955 West County Road B-2 be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be no landscaping or signs placed on <br />or over roadway easement areas. <br /> <br />2. That additional curbing be provided on the south <br />side of the parking lot east of the driveway from <br />County Road B-2. <br />
