<br />3. That a six foot, nonmotorized pathway easement be
<br />provided within sixty (60) days along County Road
<br />B-2 and, in the future, when additional rezoning
<br />occurs on this parcel that a six (6) foot pathway
<br />easement be provided along Prior Avenue.

<br />4. That staff approve final engineering and landscape
<br />details.
<br />

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Robert Renstrom's
<br />request for a lot division and Special Use Permit for
<br />a Planned Unit Development at 1887 and 1895 Rice
<br />Street be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That concrete curbing be provided for the driveway
<br />or driveways in question if not currently existing.
<br />
<br />2. That the common access proposed will be the only
<br />access directly off Rice Street for Lot 5.
<br />
<br />3. That there be no exterior storage of unusable
<br />material or debris on Lots 3, 4, and 5 Shady Beach.
<br />
<br />4. That the existing fence be removed, and a replace-
<br />ment fence properly constructed prior to approval
<br />of lot division.
<br />

<br />request for approval of final plat at 2075 Snelling
<br />Avenue be continued to the June 13, 1988 City Council

<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1036,
<br />adding section 5.497 and amending section 10.290 and
<br />section 10.320, allowing mini-storage facilities in
<br />1-1 and 1-2 Districts as special uses, be adopted.

<br />request for final plat at 1600 Terrace Drive be
