Roseville City Council Minutes May 9, 1988 1. Ramsey Technology, Inc. request for a ten foot sign setback variance at 1855 W. County Road C. 2. W. Yale Marshall request for a lot division at 2120 North Cleveland Avenue. 3. Minnesota Service Station Association request for a rezoning from R-1 to B-1 at 1705 Marion Street. 4. Gerald Kaufhold request for preliminary plat at the former Lexington school site at 1130 W. County Road B. 5. Review and recommendations concerning city ordi- nances and policies relating to outside storage and merchandising. 6. City of Roseville request for Special Use Permit at 1969 West County Road C-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. E-12 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to sign Addendum No. 1 to the recycling grant agreement between Ramsey County and the city of Roseville, providing for extension of service through December 31, 1988, with twice a month curbside pickup. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to sign a contract with Super Cycle, Inc. for the period July 1 through December 31, 1988, for twice a month curbside recycling service to occur on the same day throughout the city. The cost for the service shall be $.55 per household, or $5,060.00 per month, as a base price with each ton over 107 tons collected per month an extra $50.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items F-2 through F-5, be approved.
