<br />E- 6 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that George Reiling's GEORGE
<br />request for approval of preliminary plat at 2815, REILING
<br />2834, and 2835 victoria be approved with the following
<br />conditions, and establishing a public hearing on the
<br />final plat for the June 13, 1988 city Council meeting.
<br />
<br />1. That no front yard setback variance be approved.
<br />
<br />2. That there be a twenty foot right-of-way dedica-
<br />tion as shown on the plat along Orchard Avenue
<br />(Lots 1 and 2, Block 2).
<br />
<br />3. That there be a ten foot right-of-way dedication
<br />as shown on the plat from Lot 1, Block 2i Block 3i
<br />Out lot Ai Out lot Bi Lot 8, Block 1i and a portion
<br />of Lot 7, Block 1.
<br />
<br />4. That all unpaid special assessments be paid.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />E- 7 Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8298, RESOLUTION
<br />denying Gerald Kaufhold's request for preliminary plat 8298
<br />at 1130 County Road B, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: Kehr.

<br />E- 8 Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Short, Elliot, FIRE STATION
<br />Henrickson be authorized to complete the work regard- NO. 1 ROOF
<br />ing the Fire station No. 1 roof as set forth in their
<br />letter dated May 6, 1988. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />E- 9 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the city Manager be PURCHASE OF
<br />authorized to purchase, at a price not to exceed LOT AT 2895
<br />$45,000.00, an undeveloped lot at 2895 Arthur Place. ARTHUR STREET
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to enter into a lease agreement with
<br />Roberts Properties for the lease of 8,000 square feet,
<br />at $3.50 per square foot for two years, from June 13,
<br />1988 to May 31, 1990, for gymnastics instruction at
<br />1969 W. County Road C-2, subject to the city approving
<br />a Special Use Permit for that address. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
