<br />adopting a revision and codification of ordinances to 1039
<br />be known as the City Code of the City of Roseville;
<br />providing for the repeal of certain ordinances; pro-
<br />viding for the preservation of certain rights; provid-
<br />ing for the publication of the City Code of Roseville;
<br />and providing a penalty for the violation of the City
<br />Code of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />E- 2 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the bid for the ROOF
<br />roof replacement on the Ice Arena and Fire station No. REPLACEMENT
<br />2 be awarded to Berwald Roofing in the low bid amount
<br />of $108,000.00, to be funded from the Ice Arena and
<br />Capital Improvement funds. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
