<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Consent CONSENT
<br />Agenda Items F-1 through F-10, be approved. Roll AGENDA

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the following
<br />items be referred to the August 3, 1988 Planning Com-
<br />mission meeting, and establishing the Council Public
<br />Hearings for August 8, 1988:
<br />
<br />1. Deutsch/Jenkins request to vacate an unimproved
<br />portion of Dellwood Avenue lying south of Oak-
<br />crest, north of Willow Circle and willow Lane,
<br />east of Hamline Avenue, and west of Fernwood
<br />street.
<br />
<br />2. Roseville Family Physicians' request for a variance
<br />at 1901 North Lexington.
<br />
<br />3. Brutger Companies request for a Comprehensive Plan
<br />Change, rezoning, Special Use Permit, and a prelim-
<br />inary plat at 2400 North Dale.
<br />
<br />4. Amendment to Tax Increment Finance District No. 10
<br />to include Concordia School site at County Road B-2
<br />and Dale.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the donation of a
<br />park bench, in the amount of $325.00, from Jane Kaeli
<br />in memory of her husband Bob, for installation at
<br />Langton Lake Park, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the donation of
<br />$236.00 from the Rosedale Square Merchants to sponsor
<br />the Minnesota Brassworks Concert during the 4th of
<br />July celebration in Central Park, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the City Attor-
<br />ney's office be authorized to file quit claim deeds
<br />and present payment to John and Bonnie Ruiz for 13,500
<br />square feet of property at $.30/sq. ft., resulting in
<br />$4,050.00; and Margaret Robinson for 17,750 sq. ft. at
<br />$.30/sq. ft., resulting in $5,325.00; and Jerome and
<br />Marilyn Westgard for 21,150 square feet at $.30/sq.
<br />ft., resulting in $6,345.00 of property adjacent to
<br />the park; funds to be appropriated from the contin-
<br />gency Fund and Storm Water Operating Fund in the
<br />amounts of $11,644.00 and $4,076.00, respectively.
