<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />July 25, 1988 <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br />C-1 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the proposed <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the Twin Lakes Re- <br />development area be continued to the September 26, <br />1988 city Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the location of <br />of the regularly scheduled Planning commission meeting <br />of August 3, 1988, and the regularly scheduled Council <br />meeting of August 8, 1988, be changed from the Rose- <br />ville City Hall Council Chambers to the Roseville Area <br />High School Auditorium, 1261 W. Highway 36, to accom- <br />modate the expected larger than normal attendance of <br />the Concordia School site application. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, <br />Johnson, and Rog. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Lee Maxfield be <br />retained to perform a housing study at an estimated <br />cost of $2,500.00 - $3,000.00. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Cushman and Johnson. Nays: Kehr, Matson, and Rog. <br />Motion defeated. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Apartment Referral <br />Inc. be retained to perform a housing study for a cost <br />of approximately $1,500.00, and for staff to gather <br />data from other sources. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: Cushman and Johnson. <br /> <br />No action was required on Item E-4, "Policy on Lawn <br />sprinkling Restrictions", because the agreement with <br />the city of st. Paul for water service requires the <br />City of Roseville to comply with st. Paul Water <br />Department policies. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the City Attorney <br />be instructed to request an Attorney General's opinion <br />on whether it is lawful to expend city funds to pro- <br />vide Cable TV service for Council members, or for such <br />services to be provided in the city Hall for review by <br />individual Council members.
