That a sprinkler system be provided for the buildings. The design of the system must be reviewed and approved by the Fire Marshal. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. B-4 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Everest/ Everest/Aldrich Aldrich/Eastman and Waltch, Inc. request for rezoning Eastman and from 1-2 to B-4 and a Special Use Permit for site Wa1tch, Inc. plan at 1803 County Road C be approved with following conditions: 1. That the site be rezoned from 1-2 to B-4. 2. That eighteen additional parking spaces be pro- vided on the west side of the building, if deemed necessary by the city. 3. That adequate handicapped parking be provided. 4. That two and one-half feet of additional right-of- way along County Road C be dedicated. 5. That additional parking spaces be provided as required in the future. The city will determine the amount of parking spaces necessary, and when they should be provided, based on a review of each new occupancy on the site. Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1042, ORDINANCE rezoning property from 1-2 to B-4 at 1803 County Road 1042 C, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. B-5 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that G.E.M. Investments G.E.M. request for a special Use Permit for a Planned Unit INVESTMENTS Development, car wash and mini-storage at 1910 County Road C be referred to the september 7, 1988 meeting of the Planning commission, and establishing a public hearing before the city Council on September 12, 1988.
