<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - August 8, 1988. 7:30 P.M.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of July 25, 1988, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the Deutsch/Jenkins
<br />request to vacate an unimproved portion of Dellwood
<br />Avenue lying south of Oakcrest, north of Willow Circle
<br />and Willow Lane, east of Hamline Avenue and west of
<br />Fernwood street be continued to the September 12, 1988
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Brutger companies
<br />request for Comprehensive Plan change, rezoning from
<br />R-1 to R-3A, Special Use Permit and preliminary plat
<br />at 2400 North Dale Street be continued to the September
<br />12, 1988 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that George Reiling's
<br />request for final plat at 2815, 2834, and 2835
<br />victoria Street be continued to the september 12, 1988
<br />city Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cush-
<br />man, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Lincoln Companies
<br />request for final plat at 1600 Terrace Drive be con-
<br />tinued to the September 12, 1988 City Council meeting.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the amendment to
<br />T.I.F. District No. 10 to include Concordia School
<br />site at County Road B-2 and Dale be continued to the
<br />September 12, 1988 City Council meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Centre pointe
<br />request's for final plat east side of 35W between
<br />County Roads C and D be continued to the October 10,
<br />1988 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
