<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the August 15,
<br />1988 council Work Session be canceled, and reschedul-
<br />ing said work session to 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 22,
<br />1988, at the Roseville City Hall for the purpose of
<br />reviewing the 1989 Preliminary Budget. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that a Council Work
<br />Session be scheduled at 5:00 p.m., Monday, August 29,
<br />1988 at the Roseville City Hall for the purpose of
<br />reviewing the proposed Twin Lakes Comprehensive Plan
<br />and other development issues. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that a proposed reso-
<br />lution, amending the Standing Rules of Procedure, be
<br />referred to a subsequent Council Work Session. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Roseville Family
<br />Physicians request for sign setback variance at 1901
<br />N. Lexington Avenue be approved with the following
<br />conditions:
<br />
<br />1- That the sign be located no closer than fifteen
<br /> (15) feet to any street right-of-way line.
<br />2. That the sign be no higher than six (6) feet.
<br />3 . That the size of the sign not exceed thirty-two
<br /> (32) square feet.
<br />
<br />4. That landscaping around the base of the sign be
<br />installed subject to staff approval.
<br />
<br />5. That there be no other ground signs installed on
<br />the site.
<br />
<br />6. That a handicapped parking stall be provided with
<br />proper signage at a location accessible to the
<br />entrance of the clinic.
<br />
