<br />B-6 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that John T. Jenkins JOHN T. JENKINS
<br />and Alan Deutsch's request for vacation of the west ALAN DEUTSCH
<br />20 feet and the east 22 feet of unimproved Dellwood
<br />Avenue, lying south of Oakcrest, north of Willow
<br />circle and Willow Lane, east of Hamline Avenue, and
<br />west of Fernwood street, be approved with the follow-
<br />ing conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That Mr. Jenkins agree to pave his driveway by
<br />November 1, 1989.
<br />
<br />2. That minor variances be obtained by Mr. Jenkins
<br />for the location of his driveway, and by Mr.
<br />Deutsch for the proposed addition on the east side
<br />of his house.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Tanurb Develop-
<br />ment, Inc./Sharon Berg's request for a Special Use
<br />Permit to allow a drop in child care center within
<br />Loehmann's Plaza Shopping Center, at 2480 Fairview
<br />Avenue North, be continued to the September 26, 1988
<br />City Council meeting, and requiring the applicant to
<br />provide a detailed plan for the screening of the
<br />refuse containers, and for complying with landscape
<br />requirements. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1045,
<br />rezoning property from R-2 to R-1 and B-4, and from
<br />SC to R-3A, B-4, and R-1, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays:
<br />Matson.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the Lexington
<br />Avenue Limited partnership/George Reiling request for
<br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment, from Medium Residential
<br />to High Density Residential, Low Density Residential,
<br />Park, and Business, and from Business to High Density
<br />Residential and Low Density Residential, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog.
<br />Nays: Matson.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that a Special Use
<br />Permit for a Planned unit Development and a prelim-
<br />inary plat be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the developer enter into a Development Agree-
<br />ment with the city.
<br />
<br />2. That approval is contingent upon satisfactory
<br />completion of the required Environment Assessment
<br />Worksheet process.
