<br />final plat at 2775 Lexington Avenue be scheduled for
<br />the City Council meeting of October 10, 1988. Roll

<br />Matson.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that city staff be
<br />authorized to enter into a Development Agreement with
<br />Can-American. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, and
<br />Rag. Nays: Kehr and Matson.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Brutger Companies
<br />request for a Comprehensive Plan change from School to
<br />High Density Residential and Low Density Residential,
<br />rezoning from R-1 to R-3A, Special Use Permit for
<br />Planned Unit Development, and approval of preliminary
<br />plat at 2400 N. Dale Street be continued to the City
<br />Council meeting of October 24, 1988. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the Amendment to
<br />Tax Increment District No. 10 be continued to the City
<br />Council meeting of October 24, 1988. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that an Appreciation
<br />Banquet for the members of the City's volunteer com-
<br />missions and committees be established for Thursday,
<br />October 27, 1988. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />George Woodbury, Coach of the Roseville 18 and Under
<br />Girls Soft Pitch team, reported on the achievements
<br />of the team over the past months.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, to place on the General
<br />Election Ballot, authorization for the city to sell
<br />$3.6 million in general obligation bonds for the pur-
<br />chase of the Concordia School site for park purposes.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr and Johnson. Nays: Matson,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Motion failed.
