<br />members present: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of September 26, 1988, be approved.

<br />Abstain: Johnson, because he was absent.

<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />request for final plat at 2815, 2834, and 2835
<br />victoria Street be continued to the November 14, 1988

<br />request for a Special Use Permit for a Planned unit
<br />Development, car wash, and self storage units at 1910
<br />West County Road C, be continued to the November 14,

<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />petition, requesting rezoning of the site on the west
<br />side of L~xington, between County Road C-2 and Wood-
<br />hill, from R-2 and SC to R-1, be continued to the
<br />December 12, 1988 City Council meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />request for extension of a previously granted Special
