Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, <br />Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: Kehr. <br /> <br />- Roll Call on original motion as amended, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: Kehr. <br /> <br />Johnson stated, for the record, that he prefers the <br />Terrace Drive connection at C-2 versus straight to <br />Snelling. <br /> <br />B-8 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Lexington Avenue LEXINGTON AVE. <br />Limited Partnership's request for final plat at 2775 LIMITED <br />Lexington Avenue be approved as presented. PARTNERSHIP <br /> <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Lexington Avenue <br />Limited Partnership's request for a final plat at 2775 <br />Lexington Avenue be amended to vacate right-of-way west <br />of the C-2 cul-de-sac. Nays: Matson and Kehr. <br /> <br />B-9 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Gerald Kaufhold's GERALD <br />request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from School KAUFHOLD <br />to Park, High Density Residential, and Business at <br />1130 County Road B, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 1047, ORDINANCE <br />rezoning a portion of the property at 1130 County Road 1047 <br />B from R-1 to R-3A, B-3, and B-1, in accordance with <br />the plan dated October 5, 1988, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Gerald Kaufhold's <br />request for a preliminary plat at 1130 County Road B <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br />
