<br />1. That the applicant dedicate one acre, to the City
<br />of Roseville, for park land.
<br />
<br />2. That the City acquire from the applicant approxi-
<br />mately one acre for park land.
<br />
<br />3. That the School District or applicant shall have
<br />dedicated one acre of property for park land to
<br />the City based on implementation by the City of a
<br />Police Liaison Officer for the schools.
<br />
<br />4. That the City consider the possibility of Tax
<br />Increment Financing for a mUlti-family development
<br />on the R-3A portion of the site during the period
<br />two years through ten years after approval.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Gerald Kaufhold's
<br />request for public hearing on the final plat at 1130
<br />County Road B be scheduled for the November 14, 1988
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />ordinances and policies relating to outside storage
<br />and merchandising be continued to the November 14,
<br />1988 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,

<br />Kehr moved, Rog seconded, that Resolution 8367,
<br />setting the public hearing regarding the removal of
<br />the City Manager for 7:30 p.m. on November 7, 1988,
<br />at the Roseville Area High School Cafeteria, 1261 W.
<br />Highway 36, and setting out the charges causing the
<br />proposed removal, be adopted.
