<br />2. That appropriate driveways be provided between
<br />units 1 and 2 and between units 3 and 4, subject
<br />to staff approval.
<br />
<br />3. That Rose Place be constructed as a public improve-
<br />ment project.
<br />
<br />4. That the water and sewer lines be tested and proven
<br />to be adequate for the project.
<br />
<br />5. That final engineering and landscape details be
<br />subject to staff approval. The landscape plan
<br />shall include four additional pine trees on the
<br />west side of the property, screening the completed
<br />building from the home at 2570 Dunlap. The size of
<br />trees shall be as determined by City staff.
<br />
<br />6. All driveways and parking areas in the development
<br />shall be curbed.
<br />

<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that condition Number 3
<br />contained in the Planning commission recommendation,
<br />"That a uniform finish in color be provided subject to
<br />planning commission review and approval in the future"
<br />regarding Barry O'Meara's application, be deleted.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Gregory Bild's
<br />request for a Special Use Permit for family billiards
<br />and video entertainment center at 2819 Hamline be
<br />continued to the November 28, 1988, regular city Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />scheduled on November 28, at 5:00 p.m., for the purpose
<br />of interviewing candidates for a vacancy on the Human
<br />Rights Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson,
